Exhibitors from the fashion industry, catering trade, travel and weddings will all be at The Asian Mela™ from April 3rd to 4th 2010 at the Business Design Centre in Angel, London.

Visitors will have plenty to do and try from food to exclusive couture fashion and wedding catwalk shows. International celebrities and home grown British talent will also be at The Asian Mela™ to entertain all visitors.

If you’re a bride or groom and you’re looking for inspiration for your big day - all the best designers, wedding planners and suppliers await you at The Asian Mela™. You can attend exclusive wedding fashion catwalks and come away with amazing goodie bags.

The Asian Mela™ will entertain, inspire and cater to all your lifestyle needs. Spend the entire day or both days at the Asian Mela™ and you will not be disappointed.

The Asian Mela™ promises to be a great day out in the heart of Angel.

The Asian Mela™ expects over 15,000 visitors to attend the show over a period of 2 days.

It is the biggest of its kind, with over 250 stalls! The Business Design Centre offers 6000 square meters of exhibition space and is located in the trendy area of Angel, Islington.

Fashion Catwalk

Asian fashion is currently trend setting all over the world! At The Asian Mela™ visitors will be able to see couture collections and bridal wear on the catwalks.

High end fashion houses will be showcasing their latest designs and trends over a period of two days at The Asian Mela™.

Visitors to The Asian Mela™ will be able to choose from a range of designers.

If you are getting married, the bridal fashion segment is one not to miss. Designers from India and the UK will be exhibiting their lines on the catwalk and you will be able to place orders on the day!

Entertainment Stage

As with any mela – there will be plenty of entertainment at The Asian Mela™.

Live entertainment is an important part of The Asian Mela™. The entertainment stage on the mezzanine level of the main hall will be the focal point for all visitors. The speed dating starts at 8pm prompt and each date lasts approximately 3 minutes. Once your 3 minutes are up our staff assist you to move onto your next date. The event then ends at around 9.30pm.
